For your security, all transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways. We do not accept PayPal at this time.

If you encounter difficulties completing your payment with a debit or credit card, please follow these steps:

My payment won't go through, what should I do?

  1. Verify Card Details: Double-check that all information is correct, including the credit card number, expiration date, CVV code (the 3 or 4-digit security code), and your billing address.
  2. Check Funds and Limits: Confirm that your account has sufficient available funds. Check with your bank whether your card is authorized or if the default online transaction limit is too low.
  3. Contact Your Bank: Contact your bank or card issuer directly. As a security measure, many credit card companies automatically block unusual or large e-commerce transactions. Request that they approve the transaction for Peerage Bag.
  4. Technical Reset: Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser's cache, or logging completely out and then logging back in to start a new order attempt.
  5. Start a New Order: Avoid retrying the payment on the same order. Start over by placing a completely **new order** instead.
  6. Try a Different Card: If your payment is still declined, try completing the payment with a different card from a separate network (e.g., switch from Visa to American Express).

  • We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All sensitive information is handled directly by our secure payment processing partners.
  • The billing address you provide must match the address linked to your credit card account to pass security verification checks.
